7:02 a.m. – Report taken for theft of catalytic converter, 5 th St. Loss valued at $1,500.

12:19 p.m. – Caller reported a female flipped her off and said, “F-you.” Caller said she didn’t do anything to provoke the incident, and wanted it documented, 2 nd St.

12:37 p.m. – Report taken for alleged assault from several days ago. Female said she was jumped by one male and four females whom she doesn’t know. Investigation initiated.

2:08 p.m. – Patrick Mallory was cited for trespassing at Grocery Outlet.

2:22 p.m. – Report taken for a deaf male who was hit by a car, Williams St. Through witnesses and video, an officer concluded the male was crossing the street within the crosswalk when a female in a gray Jeep Wrangler tried turning north onto Williams from Grant St. when she struck him. She got out and appeared upset with him, but did not exchange information. The male told the officer he was fine, but had hip and leg pain. The officer took him to the hospital, then home.

3:55 p.m. – Pamela Jean Smith, 61, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear for a citation.

4:10 p.m. – Caller reported a black lab/poodle mix was out and hit by a car, 2 nd St. Officer unable to locate the dog.

4:57 p.m. – Report taken for motor vehicle crash, Williams St.

5:03 p.m. – Caller reported a male on a bicycle was dropping paper around the neighborhood, Ash St.

8:20 p.m. – Caller reported hearing what sounded like dogs fighting in 34000 block Mt. Pleasant Rd. Deputy contacted multiple neighbors and learned that show pigs were the cause of the noise, as they were weighed, fed and got their shots. Upon inspection, pigs looked quite happy in their mud, Sheriff’s Office reported.

9:22 p.m. – Stacy Slover, 51, of Albany, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, Santiam Hwy./Pineway Dr.

11:50 p.m. – Caller reported their car was egged by subjects in a Sedan, 2 nd St.

3:53 a.m. – Caller reported her boyfriend confronted two males who appeared to be breaking into his vehicle, 12 th St. Another male on Leonard Ln. called to report the subjects drop a bag near his house. Power tools were recovered at returned to owner (see 9:10 a.m. entry).

9:10 a.m. – Caller reported tools stolen from vehicle, 12 th St.

9:56 a.m. – Caller reported binoculars stolen from vehicle in 30600 block Westview Dr. Described as green Vortex brand. Valued at $100. Report taken.

10:42 a.m. – Officer responded to what ended up being a mental call. A female called to report she was sitting on a juvenile boy whom she believes is her ex-husband’s girlfriend’s son. A couple minutes later she said he was now under a bunch of blankets, then later she believed he got away but was hiding in the house somewhere. She believed the boy’s mom was waiting around the corner for him. No child was found, and the caller’s own son agreed it was a subject of her mental condition.

11:32 a.m. – Handgun reported stolen from unlocked vehicle in 30600 block Westview Dr. Described as Sprinfield 9mm, valued at $600. Also, shipping container was broken into. Report taken.

2:59 p.m. – Devin Houseman, 35, of Lebanon, arrested on several warrants, failing to register as sex offender. 2400 block Porter St. Report taken.

3:46 p.m. – Single-vehicle injury crash reported in 1200 block Cascade Dr. Report taken.

6:16 p.m. – Report taken for theft of Suzuki dirt bike from backyard, C St.

9:29 p.m. – Report taken for theft of two TVs, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at $1,036.

12:08 a.m. – Caller reported fireworks in area of Parkway/Truman streets. Deputy in area heard fireworks, but there was no aerial display and deputy was unable to determine where they were coming from.

2:45 a.m. – Harvey Edward Newelliv, 42, was taken into custody following a field sobriety test, 2 nd St.

9:15 a.m. – Caller reported items stolen from truck in 1700 block Strawberry Lane. Missing were Remington shotgun, Spectra rotary laser, valued at $2.120. Dodge Ram was locked; unknown how entry was effected. Report taken.

10:55 a.m. – Terran Dale Gluck, 26, was cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for criminal trespassing, and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for parole violations of unlawful use of a weapon, DUII, criminal trespassing and resisting arrest.

2:27 p.m. – Several callers reported a male in a gray truck was speeding, fish-tailed out of a parking lot, weaved in and out of traffic, and ran lights before he got out of his car and walked around with a bottle of alcohol. Callers reported he was in the roadway wearing a welder’s helmet and waving a knife and jumping at cars. Vincent Lee Holt, 50, was cited for disorderly conduct and for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.

4:20 p.m. – Joseph Durham, 44, of Lebanon, cited on warrant, 31200 block 1 st St. Report taken.

5:14 p.m. – Caller reported a white Dodge Dakota swerving in and out of lanes, Santiam Hwy.

5:46 p.m. – Samuel Armstrong Monroe, 44, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of DUII felony, and a warrant for criminal driving while suspended, violation of an ignition device installation, and five failures to appear.

5:49 p.m. – Valerie Jay Palacios, 34, was trespassed for life from Walmart.

7:09 p.m. – Caller reported a female truck driver refused to move her truck near Lowe’s. Latonya Denise McIntire, 46, was cited for trespassing.

7:26 p.m. – Deputy recovered stolen vehicle that had been crashed, McDowell Creek Park, 43100 block McDowell Creek Dr. Ford F350 had been stolen out of Lebanon. Report taken.

7:47 p.m. – Bryce Taylor Keenon, 25, was trespassed from Wilco and cited for a Sweet Home Municipal warrant for criminal trespassing.

9:59 p.m. – Jennie Eilers, 47, of Albany, cited for driving uninsured, Main/Pine streets.

3:14 a.m. – Exzavier Wright was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation.

11:26 a.m. – Season Bartley, 41, of Sweet Home, cited on warrants, 32200 block Hardman Rd. Report taken.

1:09 p.m. – Alysha Serenity Enhaynes, 19, was cited for driving while suspended, Santiam Hwy.

1:57 p.m. – Caller reported a male with a white poodle

4:06 p.m. – Anthony Middleton, 59, of Lebanon, arrested for driving while suspended and on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation. 3100 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

4:53 p.m. – Kenneth Adair, 54, of Sweet Home, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, and on warrant, 3200 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

5:48 p.m. – Caller reported intoxicated driver, Rock Hill Dr./Sand Ridge Rd. Deputies located vehicle at owner’s address but were unable to determine who was driving.

8:23 p.m. – Driver stopped in 33700 block Hwy. 20 for traveling at 45 mph in 55 zone. Driver was trailed by 11 vehicles. Warned of violation.

8:28 p.m. – Caller reported his daughter missing. Reese Rowland, 18. 32600 block Berlin Rd. Report taken. Daughter had been dropped off at friend’s house a few days prior, had messaged family shortly thereafter, and had not been seen since. Investigation ongoing.

12:00 a.m. – Gary Lee Busen 63, refused to leave a building and was trespassed, Santiam Hwy.

2:15 a.m. – Darnell Walls, 44, of Chicago, Ill., arrested for DUII, reckless driving, speeding, 70/30, Oak/Park streets. Report taken.

4:13 a.m. – Report taken for assault IV-domestic, Park St. Female suspect broke a mirror over a man’s head.

5:37 a.m. – Caller reported Gary L. Busen, 63, was trying to get into cars. Officer contacted Busen at Gametime and was cited for trespassing II.

10:13 a.m. – Jack Young, 73, reported as missing person, 37000 block Rock Hill Dr. He was last seen at his home on June 3. Young described as having brown hair, brown eyes, long beard, wearing camo BDU pants, a blue rain jacket and Fargo-style hat. He is largely immobile and was riding a Rascal scooter. Report taken.

2:39 p.m. – Caller reported being victimized by fraud. Someone pretending to be U.S. Marshal convinced caller to send them $37,917. According to Sheriff’s Office, caller was informed by fraud artists that they were representing the Border Patrol and had a package of cocaine with victim’s name on it. Victim was told he could settle out of court if he purchased Bitcoin and sent it to fraud artists. 37900 block Hullacre Lane. Report taken.

7:33 p.m. – Christofor Michael Pfeiffer, 20, was cited for an Albany Municipal warrant for contempt of court.

7:57 p.m. – Rachell Ann Gandrud, 41, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court felony for failure to appear on an original charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle.

8:08 p.m. – Andrew McCullom, 41, of Albany, cited for speeding, 82/55, Santiam Hwy./Old Santiam Hwy.

9:54 p.m. – Roy Jean Bohm, 39, was cited for driving uninsured and no valid license, 7 th St.

5:29 a.m. – Report taken for theft of a white Ford F250 work truck, Elmore St.

6:38 a.m. – Patrick James Mallory, 29, was trespassed from Walmart after allegedly stealing clothes.

8:32 a.m. – Report taken for theft of cart full of merchandise by, allegedly, Patrick James Mallory, Santiam Hwy.

8:35 a.m. – Single-vehicle crash reported in 38700 block Lacomb Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, driver Gordon Dean Muscutt, 46, of Lebanon, drifted off roadway in a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer while checking on his food, struck a ditch and rolled into a field. Minor injuries reported. Muscutt transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital for evaluation. Report taken.

1:51 p.m. – Report taken for theft of Kawasaki motorcycle, Grant St. Loss valued at $4,000.

3:57 p.m. – Wren Logan Wright III, 42, was cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court.

4:05 p.m. – Caller reported a male who appeared to be under the influence was growling and drooling, and said he was going to eat the caller’s little brother, Quail Pl.

6:05 p.m. – Patrick James Mallory, 29, was cited for criminal trespassing at Walmart, and was trespassed from Grocery Outlet.

10:36 p.m. – Quentin Wyatt Quadros was cited for driving while suspended and failure to register, Main St.

11:03 p.m. – Matthew Steven Philbrick, 34, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Milton St.

11:30 p.m. – Vernon Allen Graff, 45, was cited for driving uninsured, Santiam Hwy.

2:53 a.m. – Deputy observed vehicle parked alongside road near intersection of McDowell Creek Dr./Pleasant Valley Rd. Contacted operator, who said he was waiting for a friend to go hiking.

4:48 a.m. – Deputy contacted vehicle parked on side of road near intersection of McDowell Creek Dr./Pleasant Valley Rd. with four-way emergency lights activated. Driver was waiting for friend to bring gas; about 30 minutes out. (This and the previous report were separate incidents.)

9:31 a.m. – Raymond Daniel Dover, 42, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and failure to register, Santiam Hwy.

10:13 a.m. – Sara Janene Kennedy, 38, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. 32900 block Sand Ridge Rd.

10:57 a.m. – Jerrod Martin Pierce, 41, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt no operator’s license.

12:52 p.m. – Caller reported her neighbors were yelling at her and calling her names, Stoltz Hill Rd.

1:00 p.m. – Terry Fisbeck, 66, of Lebanon, cited for failure to obey traffic control device, Cascade Dr./Sturtevant Rd.

1:18 p.m. – Sheri Yvonne Bower, 49, was cited for as Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing.

1:20 p.m. – Sara Janene Kennedy, 38, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, 39500 block Gross St. (Per Sheriff’s Office, this is correct. Kennedy was cited twice in the same day.)

7:50 p.m. – Jessica Ashley Wynne, 28, and Curtis Martin Sly, 36, were cited for endangering the welfare of a child. A caller reported they saw the pair “shooting up” in a parking lot with a toddler hanging out of the vehicle. Medics were requested for Wynne, who was under the influence of heroin.

1:04 a.m. – Caller reported two subjects whistling back and forth to each other (this has been called in numerous times in the past, as it’s believed suspects communicate this way while trespassing through properties), 10 th St.

2:32 a.m. – Bob McCormick, 58, of Albany, arrested for reckless driving; speed allegedly 142/55. Santiam Hwy./Fir Lane. Report taken.

2:54 a.m. – Bartender accidentally gave $230 in change back to the wrong patron, Main St. A witness said the wrong patron was a pair of brothers who may have intentionally set her up. Loss valued at $460.

7:51 a.m. – Aubrieanna Lopez-Villa, 18, cited for speeding, 79/55, 37000 block Hwy. 226.

8:43 a.m. – Report taken for theft of bicycle from the high school. Loss valued at $200.

9:18 a.m. – Cary Nathan Pedigo, 33, was cited for driving while suspended and for a Linn County Justice Court warrant for contempt.

9:18 a.m. – Report taken for a cut chain link fence and theft of a catalytic converter, Hansard Ave.

9:23 a.m. – Caller reported abandoned vehicle, 30700 block Sodaville Rd.

9:44 a.m. – Tyler Scott Wolfe, 20, was cited for driving without a license and driving uninsured, 5 th St.

9:50 a.m. – A bank requested a case number for possible fraud. Their patron reported he lost $11,000 from fraudulent online activities, including a realty group in Wisconsin and crypto.com.

12:56 p.m. – Alysha Serenity Enhaynes, 19, was cited for driving while suspended, Tangent St.

1:09 p.m. – Caller reported his Volvo had run out of gas near intersection of Hwy. 34 and Langmack Rd. He parked vehicle on shoulder of Langmack and when he returned, about 1½ hours later, items in the vehicle had been stolen. No sign of forced entry, but there were areas on the vehicle that were not secure. Custom steering wheel stolen as well as a backpack and college textbook. Value of lost items $445. Report taken

1:38 p.m. – Report taken for damage to a power pole by a semi-truck, Russell Dr.

2:09 p.m. – Caller reported key fobs for multiple vehicles in the area were not working, and they wondered if someone was jamming the clicker somehow, Santiam Hwy.

3:48 p.m. – Stephanie Gallaway, 55, of Lebanon, cite for driving uninsured following non-injury crash reported in 40600 block Providence Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, Gallaway was driving a vehicle pulling a trailer when she veered off road and into ditch. She was uninjured, according to LCSO. Vehicle and trailer recovered. Report taken.

3:50 p.m. – Caller reported a dog in a vehicle for at least 30 min., Santiam Hwy. Officer located the dog who was relaxed and showing no sign of distress, and windows were rolled down.

3:55 p.m. – Alex Valerivich Levitzky, 38, was cited for harassment, Main St. A caller reported he grabbed her son’s butt and tried taking him down the road. Levitzky admitted he hit the boy in the butt.

4:04 p.m. – Hailey Campbell, 22, of Waterloo, cited for dog as public nuisance, 39300 block Gross St. According to Sheriff’s Office, dog got onto property not owner’s and killed a cat.

4:13 p.m. – Caller reported former employee had re-deposited two prior paychecks that had been originally submitted by mobile deposit. Amount approximately $2,030. Report taken. 30100 block Ingram Rd. Report taken.

5:00 p.m. – Caller reported someone fraudulently used his checking account information to obtain $5,000. 38500 block Golden Valley Dr. According to Sheriff’s Office, a check was found and the suspect altered the check for four times the amount written, and to whom, on the check and did a mobile deposit after altering. Report taken.

5:01 p.m. – Bus driver reported vehicle passed while red lights were flashing on bus, 40200 block McDowell Creek Dr.

5:21 p.m. – Female reported a hit and run, Main St. She said a male rear-ended her while at a stop light. He denied the incident, and no damage was found on the vehicles, so he left.

7:55 p.m. – Durrell Monroe Borden, 26, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing.

9:04 p.m. – Quentin Wyatt Quadros, 24, was cited for driving without a valid license, Walker Rd.

9:11 p.m. – Report taken for private indecency, 8 th St. A male who has dementia allegedly exposed himself to a female and her children; female believes he knows what he’s doing.

12:25 a.m. – Tiara Lanae Hoffman, 36, of Albany, cited for driving while suspended, Weldwood/Cascade drives.

2:39 a.m. – Samuel Frank Ayers, 24, was cited for driving while suspended, Main St.

2:50 a.m. – Kyleigh Jordan Ross, 21, was given a standard field sobriety test and taken into custody, 2 nd St.

3:20 p.m. – Colin Chambers, 21, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 90/55, 29600 block Santiam Hwy.

3:42 p.m. – Courtney Minyard, 55, of Albany, cited for speeding, 78/55, 4700 block Santiam Hwy.

5:38 a.m. – Caller said a female kept asking for free items at Dutch Bros. and cursed at employees when they told her no. Christina Laurette Brandal, 28, was trespassed.

11:41 a.m. – Report taken for theft of items from vendor at Strawberry Festival. Loss valued at $2,500.

2:03 p.m. – Anna Rochelle House, 38, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for parole violation carrying a concealed weapon.

2:11 p.m. – Pamela Jean Smith, 61, was trespassed from vacant property, Hiatt St. Smith has been living out of her vehicle that is parked in front of a house for sale. The car is tagged to be towed. She is allegedly entering the back yard and sitting on the front porch, and the sidewalk is blocked with debris and a bicycle.

2:12 p.m. – Report taken for three-vehicle crash, Cleveland St.

3:58 p.m. – It was reported that Darrell Gene Mullenix, 47, was yelling in pain and yelling for help at Ralston Park. An officer said he appeared intoxicated and Mullenix told him he didn’t have a problem. The officer suggested Mullenix stop acting like a child, and to find another place to get drunk.

4:01 p.m. – Anna Rochelle House, 38, was taken into custody for criminal mischief. It was reported she pulled down her pants and squatted in a corner to urinate.

7:46 p.m. – Rachelle Sydni Black, 25, was cited for using a cell phone while driving, Airport Rd.

9:21 p.m. – Heather Angelina Putnam, 37, was cited for driving uninsured, improper display, and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

9:25 p.m. – Report taken for criminal mischief, Ash St. Caller found their door kicked in and torn newspapers scattered on lawn. Unknown if anything was taken, but video would be emailed to police.

10:25 p.m. – A vehicle was tagged and cited for illegal parking in front of a ‘no parking’ sign, Berlin Rd.

10:52 p.m. – Michael Dean Stratman, 20, of Sweet Home, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 39500 block Gross St.

9:41 a.m. – Tyler Wade Fincher, 23, was taken into custody during a domestic disturbance, 9 th St.

10:00 a.m. and following – Deputies assisted with a number of broken-down vehicles along Strawberry Parade route.

10:09 a.m. – Laura Parks, 37, of Scio, cited for driving uninsured. 36000 block Cold Springs Rd.

1:42 p.m. – Report taken for theft of torch welder, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at $329.

5:48 p.m. – Caller reported a witness left a note stating a silver Toyota hit their car and relocated to another spot in the parking lot, Main St. Officer contacted the suspect who said he checked for damage but found none. Minor damage on both vehicles. Insurance information exchanged.

7:35 p.m. – Pedro Alvarez-Escobar, 29, was cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, Santiam Hwy.

11:21 p.m. – Report taken for slashed tire while parked at festival, Cheadle Lake. Loss valued at $375.

11:24 p.m. – Caller reported an intoxicated female was running in the street in her underwear, Tangent St. It was learned she was in an argument with her husband, also intoxicated.

1:55 a.m. – Caller requested a female be trespassed, Main St. She was talking to herself and “bathing in hand sanitizer.”

7:53 a.m. – Report taken for theft of two catalytic converters and attempted theft of third one from LBCC project vehicles, Oak St.

9:26 a.m. – Report taken for fraud investigation for a Key Bank customer trying to deposit checks for over $20,000.

10:46 a.m. – Caller from Ohio reported fraud to Linn County Sheriff’s Office, as alleged suspect was in Lebanon locality, but was told to contact his local law enforcement.

10:55 a.m. – Juvenile arrested for fourth-degree felony domestic assault after altercation in which, according to Sheriff’s Office, mother received injury to already-injured hand. 30000 block Fairview Rd. Report taken.

12:25 p.m. – Caller reported a male paced back and forth in front of a home then went to the porch and removed an Amazon package, 5 th St.

1:01 p.m. – Caller reported a juvenile was crying in front of a house, Tangent St. Officer found kids were crying because their mom wouldn’t give them her car keys.

1:11 p.m. – Report taken for theft of power tools, wagon and painting supplies from storage unit in laundry room, E St.

4:13 p.m. – Jeffery Lee/Wayne Sharp, 53, was identified in the kids section at Strawberry Festival. He is on probation for an unidentified crime and doesn’t have permission to be at the festival. He was arrested on a detainer from the police.

4:31 p.m. – Report taken for hit and run, Jennings St. Caller said a small red pickup was driving fast on Hiatt Street and lost control when trying to turn onto Jennings. Victim’s rear panel, rear wheel and suspension were damaged.

7:28 p.m. – A male refused to leave the drive-thru, Santiam Hwy. Brian Matthew Conley, 42, was trespassed for life.

8:25 p.m. – Michael James Mansell, 24, was charged with DUII, Airport Rd.

12:03 a.m. – Sandra Kathleen McCardy, 52, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

9:45 a.m. – Caleb Edwin Robert Hoffman, 19, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for contempt.

10:25 a.m. – Caller reported someone spray-painted his truck with, possibly, paint remover because it was bubbling up, Mayer Dr.

10:30 a.m. – Caller reported her neighbor’s kid placed a broken lamp in front of her house, D St. She noted there is an ongoing dispute with her neighbor.

11:44 a.m. – Melissa Merlene Scott/Nelson, 51, was taken into custody and cited for a Linn County Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to comply sodomy III, and a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply theft III.

12:09 p.m. – Anthony Scott, 37, of Lebanon, cited for failure to license dog, 900 block W. Airport Rd.

12:38 p.m. – Caller reported a car was blocking the road and subject(s) “smoking dope,” 4 th St. Caller said several cars were racing in the area and people are moving out of the neighborhood because of the issues.

12:43 p.m. – Jamie Wilson, 60, of Lebanon, cited for failure to license dog, 30100 block Horseshoe Loop.

12:58 p.m. – Caller reported a car was parked for an hour in the sun and there is a dog inside panting, windows are barely down, Main St. Officer contacted dog owner and advised them to leave water and windows rolled down 4-6”. Dog didn’t appear in distress.

1:19 p.m. – Report taken for theft of school district flatbed trailer, Cascade Dr. Video of theft acquired. Loss valued at $12,000.

1:34 p.m. – Caller reported a dog in a parked car was barking for 10 minutes, windows rolled up, Santiam Hwy.

3:39 p.m. – Dog bite reported in 600 block W. Airport Rd. Child was trying to stop dogs from fighting when he was bit on the hands and arms. No details on any further law enforcement action. Report taken.

3:52 p.m. – Report taken for theft of catalytic converter, Hansard Ave. Loss valued at $500.

4:47 p.m. – Hit and run reported in area of Porter and Russell streets intersection. Vehicle was hit when exiting driveway.

6:39 p.m. – Dani Rena Pace, 36, of Albany, cited for driving uninsured, 35600 block Hwy. 34.

6:45 p.m. – Caller reported she is not Cindy Lee and not a swinger, and someone has a photocopy and it’s across the paper, and Lee is a beautiful lady with black eyes, and she paid Brent’s taxes in Eugene, and she is appreciated, and someone from the IRS is harassing her, and she was attacked.

2:13 a.m. – Phillip L. Lucas, 64, of Lebanon, arrested for three outstanding warrants and Deana R. Paul, 51, of Lebanon, arrested on an outstanding warrant following report of three people with flashlights on railroad tracks in area of Midway/Goltra roads. Lost dog information documented.

8:05 a.m. – Caller reported two women might be in a physical altercation, Acorn St. A verbal argument between home occupants took place. One of the women is moving out.

8:13 a.m. – Motorcycle reported stolen out of Lincoln County recovered in 500 block Oregon St. Report taken.

8:18 a.m. – Pamela Jean Smith, 61, was cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an orginal charge of initiating a false report.

11:17 a.m – Keith Lyle Peterson was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured, Main St.

11:43 a.m.- Caller reported shredded papers in someone’s yard are blowing into their yard, Ash St.

12:48 p.m. – Caller reported a hit and run at the Senior Center parking lot. Minor damage to victim’s car. Victim believes the driver didn’t realize what happened as she reversed and turned too quickly, causing contact between the two cars. Victim tried to flag her down as she left. Officer advised victim to try to contact driver at the next BINGO game.

1:29 p.m. – Caller reported subjects always cut across the yard and lean bikes on the fence, Hiatt St. Officer told several subjects in the area to stay off the property, and told caller to take photographs of any trespassers.

2:14 p.m. – Caller wants to know if she can get her license. She was advised to go to the DMV. She said she is being harassed by Linn and Lane counties. She wants to get her license, drive away and not stop. Or maybe she will take the bus.

2:24 p.m. – Valerie Palacios, 34, was cited for trespassing, Sherman St.

2:57 p.m. – Report taken for hit and run, Dodge St. Victim said he was hit on his motorcycle and the driver took off. Victim said he is injured but doesn’t need medics.

4:46 p.m. – Following a motor vehicle crash, Douglas Allyn Jung, 75, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device, 5 th St.

5:34 p.m. – Caller reported a homeless female was in the dumpster and hit the apartment manager, F St. Valerie Palacios, 34, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and assault. En route to the justice center, she refused to wear her seatbelt and slammed her head into the car. She was also charged with harassment.

5:46 p.m. – Joshua Brown, 42, arrested on Marrow County warrant, cited for possession of methamphetamine under two grams, 38400 block River Dr. Report taken.

6:51 p.m. – Caller reported theft of a cart full of clothes from Walmart.

7:28 p.m. – Alexis Nichole Armstrong, 27, was counseled for theft and possession of methamphetamine. Report taken for destruction of property at Walmart.

7:41 p.m. – Caller reported kids riding motocross dirt bikes on road in 1800 block Strawberry Lane. Deputy contacted parent, who was asked to make sure kids stay off road.

8:16 p.m. – Employee called to report a male they nicknamed “Sticky Fingers” (due to his multiple thefts from the store) in a blue Chevrolet stole a bag of cans from the can-return area, Santiam Hwy. Loss valued at about $10.

8:59 p.m. – Kyler Dean York, 33. was cited for failure to obey a stop light, Main St.

9:02 p.m. – Dustin Neal Herron, 45, was charged with theft I and cited for a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for parole violation possession of methamphetamine.

11:42 p.m. – Caller reported a male ran into Lesita Apartments and asked for help because he’d been jumped. The male had two girlfriends and when they found out about each other several people threatened to beat him up. A large mob gathered at the apartments but nothing physical occurred.

1:32 a.m. – Caller reported subjects in the park appeared to be lighting a fire. Officer found subjects trying to stay warm with a tiny fire in an aluminum can. They put out the fire and left, per city ordinance.

4:01 a.m. – Report taken for theft of pistol and change from vehicle, Santiam Hwy.

4:34 a.m. – Deborah Vickery, 66, of Lebanon, cited on warrants. 3300 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

5:13 a.m. – Melannie Ader, 33, of Sweet Home, and Jeremiah Collman, 43, of Lebanon, cited and released on warrants, 29100 block River Road. Report taken.

8:43 a.m. – Ryan Andrew Wilson, 34, was cited for trespassing, Main St. He was sleeping behind some bushes.

10:05 a.m. – Subway employee reported a customer refused to leave the drive-thru. The customer said she paid for an order through the app, and employees said there was no record of the order in their system.

10:16 a.m. – Caller reported mail and packages being taken from group mailboxes at end of driveway in 40400 block Hilltop Dr. Sheriff’s Office suggested caller obtain locking mailbox. Caller will also be utilizing Post Office box more often.

10:20 a.m. – Caller reported Patrick James Mallory was stealing water, C St.

11:16 a.m. – Martha Estrada, 31, cited for speeding, 81/55, 29300 block Santiam Hwy.

11:26 a.m. – Caller reported a cat inside a carrier in a parked car was yowling, Santiam Hwy. Officer could not locate the animal; temperature was 60 degrees.

1:10 p.m. – Report taken for theft of kayak, Airport Rd. Loss valued at $450.

2:43 p.m. – Loyd D. Harrell, 37, was cited for failure to obey a stop sign, and Andrew James Sturgis, 19, was cited for driving while suspended, Stoltz Hill Rd.

3:05 p.m. – Caller reported a male laying on the sidewalk, 12 th St. The male told the officer he was resting in the shade while he waited for his girlfriend to get off work.

3:17 p.m. – Caller reported they almost ran over a male who was laying partially in the roadway behind Les Schwab. Officer found Nicklaus James Glasser, 32, sleeping on the sidewalk with his legs in the road. Glasser was cited for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation, and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failures to appear on citations and harassment.

3:58 p.m. – Report taken for hit and run, Main St. Damage to victim’s bumper. Suspect vehicle was a small white car.

4:03 p.m. – Caller reported a male using a cross-cut saw on a tree near T-Mobile. Officer found Patrick James Mallory, who said he was taking some anger out on the tree. Tree was not significantly damaged.

4:13 p.m. – Caller reported hit and run, Main St. Damage to victim’s side mirror.

4:31 p.m. – Vehicle removed from ditch in 35400 block Rock Hill Dr. after crashing during previous night. No further details.

4:34 p.m. – Report taken for theft of water pump and chainsaw from truck, Williams St. Loss valued at $1369.

7:44 p.m. – Caller reported a female having mental issues at a store, Weldwood. She didn’t make sense when talking, sprayed Windex on herself and tried stapling her shirt together.

7:52 p.m. – Caller reported a big dog chewed up their cat, the cat is injured, Oak St. The dog owner was cited for dog nuisance, and the dog was quarantined.

10:16 p.m. – Caller reported a white car with Washington plates with a balding male driver appeared to be following them throughout town.

4:29 a.m. – Jeremiah Lynn Chasteen, 21, arrested on outstanding warrant out of Klamath County after deputy spotted Facebook post detailing Chasteen’s whereabouts and located him. 2100 block S. Santiam Hwy. Chasteen lodged at Linn County Jail.

11:00 a.m. – Joseph Wilkerson, 47, of Salem, cited on warrant, 30600 block Old Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

11:11 a.m. – Caller said she is not going to be “harassed by any dirty police officer,” she is not a bank robber, she is not a rapist, liar or murderer, and she does not twist anyone’s arms off. The information was noted and passed on to Linn County Mental Health.

11:58 a.m. – Caller reported graffiti at the LDS church, 5 th St.

3:08 p.m. – Caller reported their Ring camera alerted them to two teens who took a picture of their front door, Ashwood Ct. Officer located the males who were from a pest control company and had gone to the wrong house. They took a picture so they could report to their boss they went to the house and no one was home, but then they realized they were at the wrong house.

4:13 p.m. – Caller reported an elderly woman ran a red light and t-boned a vehicle, Walker St. Pacific Power was called in regarding a power pole, and the southbound lane was shut down. Kathleen Sue Nida, 72, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.

5:00 p.m. – Caller reported subjects from the “drug house” put something in the bushes and appeared to be waiting for someone to drop off money, Sherman St.

10:12 p.m. – Caller reported attempted theft of hitch off her truck, Sherman St.

12:03 a.m. – An 18-year-old female was transported to the hospital for “heavy” intoxication while attending a party, Sherman St.

1:34 a.m. – Caller reported an ex-boyfriend was asking her current boyfriend to fight, Ash St. A separate caller reported the same subject stole lights from their yard. The subject is also accused of leaving shredded newspaper in a yard.

2:04 a.m. – Alex V. Levitzky, 38, was trespassed from Knothole for refusing to leave and being hostile toward employees.

2:10 a.m. – Derek Armond Johnson, 52, was trespassed from a business plaza on Main Street because he was going to sleep in front of a business.

4:52 a.m. – Caller reported Derek Armond Johnson, 52, refused to wear and mask and tied himself to a chair in the hospital lobby with a phone cord. He threatened to slap the officer.

7:40 a.m. – Minor single vehicle crash reported at Waterloo/Berlin roads. No injuries. Vehicle removed by owner.

9:30 a.m. – Caller said the galley key for her travel trailer was at a mechanic and is now missing.

12:40 p.m. – Caller reported Derek Johnson was prowling property and holding a box that had a blown-up blue glove on top of it. He told an officer he was following a map.

1:26 p.m. – Michael Travis Flanigan, 27, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for parole violation attempt to elude police, an Albany warrant for animal abuse II, and an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation.

1:35 p.m. – Medics transported an unidentified subject at a tire center who was injured from a tire that blew off a vehicle, Santiam Hwy.

2:54 p.m. – Caller reported an elderly male who entered the store and said Trump and Jesus are coming to town, Main St.

3:32 p.m. – Richard Scott Eshbaugh, 48, was cited for an Albany Municipal Court warrant for criminal mischief III.

6:21 p.m. – Derek Johnson was trespassed from Bigfoot Grill for disturbing customers. The log indicates he said he figured out a code and the next 298 people he talks to are going to be millionaires.

6:42 p.m. – Several callers reported a male was acting odd, being an idiot, throwing things, stopping traffic and left his shoes behind at a business downtown. Derek Johnson was cited for disorderly conduct II, Ash St. Report taken.

10:55 p.m. – Tezleigh Senter, 31, of Lebanon, arrested for DUII, reckless driving after her vehicle went into ditch in 300 block Sturtevant Rd. as she was trying to turn around, according to Sheriff’s Office. According to LCSO, Senter refused to take field sobriety tests and a breath test, and a search warrant was executed to seize blood samples. Senter also cited for no Oregon driver’s license, no insurance and refusal to take breath test. Report taken.

11:37 a.m. – Caller reported theft of two DVD players and two smart watches from vehicles, Elmore St.

11:43 a.m. – Caller reported suspicion of either credit card skimming or online hacking, Santiam Hwy. After he left an unidentified location, he found multiple charges on his card for Apple Pay and Texas inmate cards. Loss valued at $243.

12:35 p.m. – Caller reported a male refused to leave because he couldn’t get a free haircut, Main St. He threw playing cards all over the front yard and was trespassed. He was identified as Derek Johnson.

2:43 p.m. – Kenneth Charles McDaniel, 46, was cited for a Lebanon Municipal warrant for parole violation unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
